I had an amazing experience at this place! This is where I bought my first car, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I have bought first car for my daughter on 29/12/25 from Premium Autos .Luke was a real gent from the minute i made enquiry. He has given me all information i needed and it was exactly as he described on the phone. Few days later when we made decision to buy a car we drove from Trim to Waterford for a test drive and after we tested, fell in love with this Mini Cooper. Luke met us with a smile while he had a flu and wasn't well but still approached us as a real Gentlemen and patiently waited while we made our last decision. My daughter bought her first car two months ago from Premium Autos , we had traveled from Galway after speaking with Luke the day before, he put my daughter at ease from the beginning and was not in the least bit pushy, my daughter and I took the car for a drive and really liked it, when we got bk to the garage Luke answered all our questions and again was in no way pushy, we got a great deal and were very happy, the car ( a 181 vw golf) was delivered to Galway one week later by Premiums driver Pat and again Pat was both professional and courteous, my daughter received a phone call from Luke the following day. I’ve bought two cars from Premium Autos since 2021 and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. John runs a fantastic operation, professional, trustworthy and genuinely focused on doing right by the customer.When I purchased my most recent car in 2023, Luke and Pat went above and beyond to help me secure the perfect car. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process incredibly smooth from start to finish.Both cars have been in excellent condition, fairly priced, and exactly as described. The level of service here is top quality and I’d highly recommend them.

It was a pleasure dealing with Premium Autos. I recently bought a 2017 Dacia Duster from these guys and it is everything I was looking for. Luke was friendly and attentive from the start, making the whole process smooth and easy. The car came with NCT, fully serviced and cleaned before I took it home with me. Lovely range of cars in there, in great nick and compeditive prices for the area. I would recommend anyone around Waterford to consider getting their next car from Premium Autos!

I would highly recommend premium autos. From the first time I walked in looking at cars luke was nothing but helpful there was no pressure if I liked a car he would answer any questions I would ask and let me test drive any car I did like without any pressure of putting down a deposit. Buying a second hand car can be a nightmare but Luke made everything easy and a phone call a few days after I bought it to make sure everything was going good. Highly recommended.

Premium Autos was recommended to me by a family member who had previously bought a car there and was very satisfied with the overall service and the after care also. I decided to go out and have a look and a chat out there when I was looking to buy a new car and I didn't go past them! The service was excellent. Friendly and honest, never trying to push anything that I didn't want, listened to what I was looking for, and stayed within that, not once putting pressure on me to 'up my budget' or to go with anything that wasn't what I was looking for. Luke was great, he was patient, gave me the time to look around with him, answered any questions I had. You will be given the time and attention that you deserve when buying a car from them, I wouldn't go past them and cannot recommend them enough. The car I bought from them is exactly what I wanted, and it is in fantastic condition, driving without an issue since I bought it. As previously stated, this is the second car bought by my family from Premium Autos and both have the same experience and both cars in great condition and driving perfectly since purchase. Definitely worth a visit, you won't be disappointed in the service given.

I purchased a skoda fabia from premium autos, i was well looked after by Luke this is my first car and he couldn’t of been any more helpful, professional and friendly. After about a week there was a rattle in the car we went straight back up with it and nothing was a problem sorted straight away. I was so happy with the car that my mam went up a purchased another car for herself off Luke. We would highly recommend premium autos, Luke and John certainly know their stuff

Had a brilliant experience purchasing my car from Luke at Premium Autos! He went above and beyond to get it signed and sealed very quickly with no issues at all. Only took 5 days from test drive to getting the keys and that was only because I took 4 days to decide.
